We do realize that the investors of today are unsure of where to turn or what they are looking for to invest in. We want to ensure you that this is truly an opportunity that won't come around again. Unlike most lenders that look for your funds to secure in real estate at 8-10%, we offer not only double that but even as much as 50% of our profits for those who work multiple deals with us!
Partnership and Responsibilities:
We want to work out a way to build relationships and to make this a win-win situation for all involved in the projects. Your money is secured in Real Estate and we do all the work to locate, offer, acquire, rehab, market, and sell the properties in exchange for 100% of the funds to purchase and renovate.
Silent Partner (You)
- Provide proof of funds, wire funds to Title Company at the time of closing, wire rehab funds to Active partner as needed during the rehab (weekly), 100% responsibility for any costs.
Active Partner (Us)
- Locate deals, handle paperwork and offers, handle closing of property, set up operating agreement, manage contractors, insurance, utilities, accounting, reporting, provide weekly rehab/accounting updates to Silent Partner, manage marketing, realtor, listing, and sale once rehab is complete!
